That's me, Joe, 3rd from right, with the beard. This photo is of the high school team I coach. It's a podium shot from the second race. We finished second as a team on the day. Last year, we had two riders. Now, there are 15. It's been kind of a lot to handle, but seeing the progress everyone has made is exciting. My goal with these riders is to keep them having fun on a bike. If they are happy, healthy, 25 year-olds that still count mountain biking as a part of their life, I've accomplished my objective.
